We at Butcher Bob’s decided that sausage rolls did not have to be all cardboard tasting pastry with a small amount of emulsified mush masquerading as meat in the middle.

I am an award-winning butcher of 42 years experience and decided I could make a proper sausage roll, in a range of 15 different flavours , and in 3 different sizes using only the best FREE RANGE MEAT cuts and doing everything I can,

to eliminate nasty gristle and bone fragments. 


Together with my wife Lorraine,  and our daughter Jazzmyn, we started selling our products at markets in Sussex and Kent, but soon realised that our future was in supplying to pubs, deli’s, cafe’s, restaurants etc. 

In fact, anywhere that sells quality food. 


Butcher Bob’s Ultimate Sausage Rolls are now being enjoyed all along the south coast, from Bournemouth to Rye.  Our customers report big increases in sausage rolls sales.

From the start of our business, nearly 3 years ago, we promised ourselves never to change our recipes, size or quality of our rolls. 


They have always been, and always will be, handmade
